The shape of the nose has to be in harmony with the face. That is the most important thing to be noted whether it is a male or a female. It has to be in balance to the rest of the face. Actually it has been seen the man get a nasal surgery done less for shaping than to downplay their less desirable features.

Talk to doctor which one perfectly match to you, that is my thought.

ผมว่าช่วงนี้คุณก็ศึกษาหรือหาข้อมูลไปเรื่ิอยๆๆก่อนนะครับ เรื่องทรงจมูกผว่าก็น่าจะทำได้หลายแบบอย่างที่บอกไป แต่ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นก็จะต้องนำไปปรึกษาคุณหมอด้วยนะครับ พร้อมแล้วก็คงจะเป้นเหลือขั้นตอนของการเลือกว่าจะทำกับหมอไหน แล้วก้ลงมือเสริมเลย

I am the one who is going to do a surgery on my nose. It's kind of big decision to me at first. So, after I knew that I am going to do a surgery, I'd studied and researched about nose surgery for a year and a little bit ( hahaha it's enough, Isn't it) then I decided to go with Doc.Chalerm.  So I know that  Dr.Chalerm is the one who has  specialize in  surgery ( Sex conversion surgery ,Nose surgery ,chin surgery ,Breast surgery and etc.). In addition, there are a lot of people , a lot of cases here always  post and talk about his surgeries. So the interesting to me was most of them were satisfied.  And most of them got a good result of surgery. from these reason make me can think straight and confident at him. Anyway it's just my an opinion, you may need to study and do reserach more than i was. but if you asked me to figure that out where you should go, I would say you should go with Fortune clinic.

Ps1. I think your nose could be many style, it's just depend on you which style do you like and pick one to ask the doctor, If you could do that style or not.
Ps2. Is your computer or laptop allow to read in Thai?? Coz If you don't have any problem with that I'll text in Thai instead next time.
Ps3. I am going to do my nose surgery on Oct21,2009. Hopefully everything will be done well.

Thank very much for your help.i have thought about 4 places.1 is fortune 2 is sukhumvit 22.and 3 is DR.PIRA  at Noontavach Hospital.4 is phayathai hospital where they do not use plastic instead they use fat from tummy.i woud like to do my nose to look natural not too high.before i not know the good places for surgery Dr. do my nose to high and the silicone nearly come through the skin on my nose.now i hear about 4 good places. i can not decide whics one wher would you recomend?
