umm personally i would suggest Dr.Cha-learm (หมอเฉลิม)
but the problem is schedule is full this New Year and the clinic won't open for scheduling till July, this year I guess.
I'm planing on going there next Summer as well just because I don't want to take chance about this. Hope this helps. If you have any questions please ask, i might not have that much experience but I'm willing to help :)

If you would like to have a that shape nose .I also with Dr.Cha-learm but you have to make a booking with the clinic first ,because there have a lot of people wants him to makes surgery and Dr. cha-learm doesn't have a website to contact and I not sure if you don't make a booking with the clinic they're will makes surgery or not .because some clinic have to make a booking before surgery( famous clinic)

  so ,for Dr.som chai I have heard a lot of people complained about his worked in the bad way so much but I didn't mean he is terrible and you have to decision by your self on this link  http://www.somchaiclinic.com/   but it is Thai  language. Good luck

If you want to make rhinoplasty with silicone implant, all plastic surgeon in thailand can doing this operation. But if you want to make the art and aesthetic rhinoplasty, the only silicone is not enough. Because you nose compose of tissue and bone and cartilage and more others structure to make the beautiful nose.
I dont' agree with above recommend.

Your face (figure, contour) really looks similar like baby angel,
your prospective shape of nose pics?

If you have round face or chubby cheeks, very very thin nose wont fit to you.. right??

Well, I got my nose job from Chalerm, MD which i was very disappoint in his work.
I got the rapid queue by chance, so I had less time to study in his works.
He could not fix my problem but more ugly. I still have round nose tip and
My face looks stronger like a man and way much older than my age.

I decided to have a surgery with him because his reputation in this webboard.
Many people said he was good in many style of noses.
If u wanted a nose that make you look cute or fierce, he could do it for you,
like a modeller who could mold to many shape from clay.
  
But in fact, One doctor have just only one style.
If you take a look all of those after's pics,
You will notice the similarity among patients who got nose job from same doctor.
   
Anyway I dont mean he is not good at art and aesthetic rhinoplasty
because i see his many patients are going well with his jobs.
I think my face does not fit to his style.
If i could turn back time, i would have spent more time studying before-after pics, style
and service after surgery. Now i am searching for a new specialist who fit to my style and budget.

But if you really want baby angel's style. I may suggest Sarun MD or Charlie MD.
Charlerm MD, Yud-tha-pong MD and Charlie MD have similar style,
but i personally think Charlerm MD is way to masculine nose.
If you are a man, he is absolutely great choice for rhinoplasty.
But if you are a girl, he may make you more beautiful and more aged as well.

For Yud-tha-pong MD and Charlie MD, Their style are way to feminine more than Charlerm MD
Charlie MD have experience in surgery more over than 20 year. He is famous among trans female and beauty pageant industry but has just well known in this webboard.

For Somchai MD,
This clinic have 2 specialists which are Somchai Md's  younger sister and him.
I heard that his sister was better than him in nose surgery
and I know more than 5 person who got nose job from his sister.
The results are very well, noses look natural and faces look more sweet and more feminine.

I mean both reducing and increasing facial volume.
He reduces facial fat and facial muscle by l-carnitine and botox
and  increases facial volume by Hydrogel(i dont recommend this filler), Restylane and L theis,
