You can find a plenty of reviews by searching in this web. Most people here recommend Dr.Chalerm. If you r interested,you have to reserve the queue. & next yr 's queue will be opened in July. You can call P' Dang ,the doctor's secretary, to ask further information.
My friend also say that her new nose does like an original one coz just 2 weeks she can twist it.

I believe they use silicone and most of the doctors here in Thailand are using silicone as well, so i don't think they will be any problems. It all up to how you take care of the nose.
